250 grams of light margarine;
270 Grams of Sansucre sweetener;
200 ml of Sansucre condensed milk powder;
400 ml of orange juice;
400 grams of rice flour;
1 tablespoon of baking powder.
Mix the eggs, margarine, sugar, condensed milk and orange juice in a blender. Put the mix in a vessel and add rice flour and baking powder.
Prepare the cake pan with margarine and then flour it with rice flour. Add the cake mixture. Raise the oven temperature to 180° C for 30-40 minutes. And that’s it!
